The custom process is a collaborative experience where we aim for you to have as much stress-free fun as possible while creating your stationery. Because our products are personalised to our clients’ needs, this process could take up to 4-6 weeks to complete. Invitations are usually sent 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding, so we would recommend starting the process 5-6 months in advance. This enables us to give your project the attention it deserves and to ensure the finished product is everything that you envisioned. If you happen to be in a rush, we can handle that too with an additional cost. We have the confidence in delivering your order on time with our competence and a quick turnaround in every stage of the process.

Once you contact us, we can start with a meeting, phone call or email as per your convenience. We can discuss your thoughts and ideas at this stage and would love to see any inspiration images from Pinterest, mood boards or sketches you have collected for your event to help us along the design process.
To get the ball rolling, please complete the bespoke enquiry form to get a personalised quote that will be provided based on the design, printing method and any other extras you have selected. Once we have all of the design details, you will receive a quotation. Pricing is based on the paper stock, print method, quantity, and intricacy of the design. We offer a variety of levels and options to try to accommodate your budget as much as we can. If you have an idea in mind, please don’t hesitate to discuss it with us.
On the acceptance of the quote, we will collect a 50% deposit (non-refundable) and begin working on your design. In order to speed up the process, quick response times and design decisions are greatly appreciated. From there, we will go through the proofing and revision process. Please check each detail thoroughly as we cannot accept responsibility for any errors detected after sending us an approval for print. Once you are happy with everything, we recommend you order a printed sample from us to check on colours and/or to feel what the end product will look like.
After receiving the final approval, remaining payment details will be sent out and will need to be settled before the production begins. Our standard printing production time is between 8-10 working days for standard/digital printing and up to 3 weeks for letterpress or foiling work. We will provide you with an estimated completion time during your initial consultation.
Please allow at least 3 working days for delivery within New Zealand. Unfortunately, we have no control or guarantee over the shipment timeframes of your order, therefore, we advise you to order your stationery as early as possible from your wedding date to allow for any potential delays in your shipment. We are not responsible, nor may be held liable for any losses, damages or delays due to shipping.
International orders may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry to your country. These extra fees are the responsibility of the client. A refund is not applicable if you refuse to pay the relevant custom or government import charges (we cannot advise what they may be) and the product is returned to us. We have no control over this situation and advise you to research what these fees may be in your country.
