DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All printable templates are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared or used commercially. If using a professional printer TWS is not responsible for their specific printing requirements or colour quality. Any changes required to the template are not included with your purchase and will be an additional cost. Please get in touch with us for quotes.

 

PRINTED PRODUCTS | Semi-Custom & Bespoke 


Timeframes

Once we receive your order confirmation and wording, please allow 3 working days to receive your emailed proof. Upon approval of your artwork, we suggest ordering a printed sample to ensure you’re happy with everything before the final print. Allow 1 week for a sample print. Once sample is approved, standard digital printing could take 1-2 weeks. Allow an additional 1-3 weeks for foiling/letterpress printing or if you have added embellishments. Please keep in mind that delays in response times and feedback may affect the timeline and potentially delay the order.

 

PROOFING

Please ensure you carefully check over all proofs thoroughly as TWS cannot be held responsible for any errors noticed after the proofs have been approved for printing. You are entitled to 3 rounds of proofs (if required) for semi-custom designs. Further proofs will require an additional fee of $40 per round. Bespoke design service includes an unlimited round of proofs.

 

PRINTING / COLOURS

Design colours viewed on a computer may appear differently when printed. We strongly advise ordering a printed sample with the stationery package to get a feel of the final product before proceeding to print. In case you do not wish to order a printed sample, we will not be held liable if you’re not happy with anything once your order is printed. 

Please note, that due to the variable nature of digital print runs, each print run will not be identical to the next. You may see a slight variation between print runs for your invitations and reception stationery if printed a few months later.

 

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars and does not include postage costs. All costs are subject to change without further notice. If a product is not priced correctly, we reserve the right to refund or cancel the order.

 

DISCOUNT CODES & AFFILIATE MARKETING

Discount codes and affiliate marketing program is only applicable to our digital products and not on printed items.  

 

SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we have no control or guarantee over the shipment timeframes of your order, therefore, we advise you to order your stationery as early as possible from your wedding date to allow for any potential delays in your shipment. We are also not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays due to shipping.

International orders may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry to your country. These extra fees are the responsibility of the client. A refund is not applicable if you refuse to pay the relevant custom or government import charges (we cannot advise what they may be) and the product is returned to us. We have no control over this situation and advise you to research what these fees may be in your country.

 

REFUNDS

Please choose carefully upon ordering as due to the nature of our business, we are not able to offer refunds, returns or cancellations. We encourage you to purchase a printed sample before the final print to ensure you’re happy with everything before sending an approval. In case you do not wish to order a printed sample, we will not be held liable if you’re not happy with anything once your order is printed.

Should a mistake be made on our part, we will provide a reprint at no cost to you.

We do our best to make sure each product packaged is in the top condition and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched.

 

Publication

TWS reserves the right to reproduce or market any of the work we produce for advertising purposes. This includes wedding directories, wedding blogs, social media and website galleries, etc. Please advise before placing the order if there is an issue. All personal details will be obscured before we do so.

Should any of the images or work curated by TWS be published, TWS must be correctly credited and notified of the publication before its feature. This applies to both printed publications and online blog features.

 

COPYRIGHT

All designs on this site are protected by copyright and remain the sole property of TimberWink Studio. They may not be reproduced or repurposed in any fashion without the permission of TimberWink Studio. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.

It is the client’s responsibility to obtain copyright permission for the use of hymns, venue logo’s and other materials supplied for the artwork.

 

Bespoke Designs

Any artwork TWS creates for you remains the sole property of TWS and does not entitle you to receive any finished artwork file. We have the right to repurpose the designs for our semi-custom collection unless we have created anything that belongs to you personally e.g., pet illustrations, tattoo designs, etc. or any finished artwork supplied by the client. Please discuss your needs before placing the order if there is an issue.
